Summary:

Make a difference in the lives of children, adults with developmental and/or physical disabilities, or seniors! Full-time and part-time positions with day, night and weekend shift options. Services may include teaching skills, providing guidance and structure, personal care, household chores, transportation, and providing respite for the primary caregiver. Customers served include children and adults experiencing intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities or severe emotional disturbances, and seniors experiencing a level of a disability that causes them to be at risk of having to be institutionalized.  Services occur in the home, community, employment and school environments.

Under the supervision of Disability Services Manager, the Service Coordinator is responsible to facilitate individualized, comprehensive services that promote self-esteem, community participation, independence, and effective decision-making for children and adults experiencing physical and/or developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include supervision of Support Specialists, implementing and monitoring service plans, facilitation of individual support teams, and advocacy for customers being served.

Summary:

Be a part of a unique facility and support team where people who experience developmental disabilities live in their own apartments with individualized supports. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of these support services including hiring, scheduling, and direct supervision of staff. The Residential Coordinator  facilitates services for tenants of the facility that promote self-esteem, community participation, independence, and effective decision-making. In addition, this position will oversee facility and grounds maintenance, cleanliness, and health and safety requirements.

Summary:

Promote positive change in the lives of children and families and experience Southeast Alaska! Community Connections is seeking 2 motivated and flexible Child and Family Therapists to provide family centered services. One position is based in Craig, Alaska on Prince of Wales Island and the other is based in Ketchikan, Alaska (also an island community). These positions operate within a wrap-around, trauma-informed and family-centered perspective, providing direct therapeutic intervention as well as extensive collaboration with a team of paraprofessionals serving the client and family. Supervision towards licensure is included as a benefit if applicable. Assistance with relocation expenses is available for the right candidates.
