Stellar Staff April – Kerri Seaford

We are proud to recognize Kerri Seaford from the Senior & Disabilities Service Department as our Stellar Staff for May 2026. Since joining Community Connections on May 20, 2025, Kerri has shown a genuine commitment to our mission and the people we serve. Kerri was drawn to Community Connections by its purpose and values, having spent much of her life in caregiver roles and saw CC as the perfect career choice for her and her family. She finds the greatest reward in knowing her work makes a real difference and allows her to give back to her community. Her dual role at CC between the Senior & Disability Services Program and the Administration Dept. has her supervisors singing praises.

“Kerri is willing to fill in anywhere she is needed and very flexible to our customer’s needs. She is always pleasant to work with, and all her customers appreciate and look forward to her being there. She has been an excellent addition to our teams and fits in very well.”

“Kerri approaches her role with professionalism and accountability, navigating challenges thoughtfully and maintaining healthy boundaries while always keeping compassion at the center of her work.”

Outside of work, Kerri cherishes time with her family and enjoys camping, fishing, hunting, and gathering around the campfire with loved ones.

Born in Olympia, Washington, and now calling Craig home after many years on Prince of Wales Island, Southeast Alaska is an important part of who she is.

Thank you, Kerri, for the care, dedication, and heart you bring to Community Connections every day. Your recognition is truly, well deserved!
