Every Monday through Thursday, the Little Sprouts team helps our community’s youngest learners build the social, emotional, and developmental skills they need to thrive in preschool and beyond. Little Sprouts is a therapeutic program designed to promote emotional well-being, age-appropriate social skills, and school readiness, all while creating a fun and supportive environment for children and families.

What makes Little Sprouts so special is the incredible team behind it. Together, Alice Ketah, Nichole Meusel, Carly Royer, and Ariel Christopher bring more than 34 years of combined service to Community Connections. Their passion, creativity, and dedication shine through every activity, lesson, and interaction.

Each team member brings something unique to the program. Alice loves experiencing the wonder and excitement of first-time discoveries through the eyes of the children. Nichole’s favorite part is simple but powerful: getting down on the floor and playing alongside the kiddos. Carly treasures the moments when children proudly share a craft or project with their families at pick-up, watching their excitement grow throughout the day. Ariel enjoys being an “undercover teacher,” helping children learn and develop through fun, engaging experiences.

Together, these four women create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. Their teamwork, compassion, and enthusiasm help make Little Sprouts a place where every child can blossom.
