This month Community Connections would like to recognize Alice Weisgram in SDS as the Stellar Staff!

Alice has had a passion for helping others for a long time. Before starting work with CC she was working at a friends house. In 2016, that friend called CC and ended up convincing Alice to join the CC team and be able to help her through them.

The part of her job that she enjoys the most is watching and then celebrating with customers when they achieve their personal goals it helps reinforce why she is here.

The biggest challenge Alice faces as a Support Specialist is when a customer wants something that is difficult to facilitate or when it may take a while to make it happen. However, she doesn’t give up on things that look difficult. She will check out resources, ask questions, and find some way to make it happen.

In her free time Alice enjoys playing with her grandkids, gardening, kayaking and traveling!
